Homemade Vegan Eggnog

April 14, 2021 by Aileen Metcalf

Eggnog and I have never been best friends, but the story is different with this Homemade Vegan Eggnog.

To be honest, I’ve never really liked creamy drinks. I’m talking whole milk, White Russians - pretty much anything that is thick and gross. I think that I sit down and think about all of the potential grossness that’s in them.

Solution: this homemade eggnog is a breath of fresh air. This Homemade Vegan Eggnog recipe has limited ingredients, and you don’t have to question what’s in it!

Directions

  • Combine all of the ingredients into the blender - it’s that easy! Make sure that you blend it well. It should be frothy and creamy.
  • I bought these adorable reindeer mugs at the store, and I couldn’t wait to use them! They are just so festive and fun! My husband just shakes his head 🙂
  • This Homemade Vegan Eggnog recipe makes four servings. Be sure to top your eggnog with nutmeg and a few cinnamon sticks. I have two recipes (French Toast Casserole and Eggnog Streusel Muffins) coming up that use this eggnog, so get ready!

    Cheers,
